The indicated room rates are inclusive of VAT. There is only a local tax of € 3,20 to be added per person and day (except for children up to 14 years of age).

Each additional person aged 13 to 14,99 years: € 55.00 per day (fixed price)

Surcharge for pets
€ 15.00 € per day (without food)

Sometimes, there are unforeseen circumstances: Cancellation policy

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

• Cancellation until 30 days prior the day of arrival: free of charge
• Cancellation from 29 until 8 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price.
• Cancellation from 7 days before the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 70% of the agreed
• total price.
• In case of early departure or late arrival: 70% of the agreed current price for every day not used.
